The event

What is a Ham Rodeo?

Catch ’em if you can. Contestants step into the pen in the Bandera arena and try to catch a hog. The crowd fills the red bleachers, and the winners walk away with a custom championship buckle.

The Ham Rodeo is run by volunteers from the Bandera Wranglers, and the money it raises goes to local nonprofits.
